HOW DOES REIKI WORK?

Before each session, I prepare the healing space and myself through visualization, breathing exercises, meditation, and prayer.

Generally, a Reiki session is performed while you are lying down on a massage table. The Practitioner will place their hands either on or just above the body, usually but not solely on the Chakra points.
You may choose to rest quietly or ask questions during the session. Most clients feel relaxed and at peace while receiving Reiki. You may go into deep meditation or fall asleep. Some people experience deep emotions, whether through tears or laughter. You may also feel energy moving throughout your body and you might experience heat as the energy flows through you.
