Canceling and Rescheduling.
Customers may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying us at least 72 hours before their scheduled appointment or reservation time. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at:

Late Cancellation.
Cancellations are considered “late” when the customer does not cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours
prior to the scheduled appointment or reservation time. There is no refund for Late cancellations, however, you will be able to reschedule your appointment. All late cancellation appointments must be rescheduled within 3 months of the original appointment date.
Late Arrival.
If a customer is going to be late for an appointment, they must notify us immediately of their late arrival
via text/phone at 619.920.5388. We understand that situations arise. We will do our best to accommodate the customer, but if we cannot, they will be able to reschedule their appointments. All missed appointments must be rescheduled within 1 month of the original appointment date. No refund will be issued.
4. Missed Appointments.
If a customer misses their scheduled appointment or reservation without canceling or rescheduling, no refund will be issued. You may be able to reschedule your missed appointment with no penalty. Please contact us to inquire.
5. Provider Cancellation.
If, for any reason, we must cancel your scheduled appointment or reservation, we will notify you as soon as possible and will work with you to reschedule, or you will receive a full refund.
6. Refunds.
Any refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment.
7. Fee Waiver.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to waive any fee or penalty assessed hereunder for any reason we deem sufficient and reasonable.
